Shipping & Returns Policy
This page explains delivery, production, returns, and support for Xyphered orders.


Shipping
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production)

United States: 3–8 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days

Australia: 5–10 business days

Canada: 7–12 business days

Rest of World: 10–30 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Orders with multiple items may arrive separately from different print facilities.

Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their local authorities.


Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the buyer are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Delayed or Missing Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with our print partner and carrier.


Returns
All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selection

Color preference


Eligible Returns
We’ll replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email].
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Do not return items to the address on the package. That is a print facility and cannot accept returns. Wait for instructions from our team before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Lost Orders
If a carrier confirms your order is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local postal service first, then contact us.


Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Banks and card providers may take 3–10 business days to process funds after approval.


Exceptions
Refunds or replacements are not offered for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or color selection

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

Orders sent to the wrong address provided by the buyer
